Willa is a graduate of Portland State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Geography, with a minor in GIS and Anthropology. “The study of people, places, and data is kind of my bread and butter.”  Willa is passionate about building people-to-people relationships, and she is excited to be on a team where she can marry the skills from her degree with her extroverted personality. Matching candidates with a company and a role they can thrive in is the most rewarding part of her day. Willa lives in Bend, Oregon with her Samoyed Indy and two cats. She loves to ski and spends most of her days off work outside – whether it be camping, hiking, taking photos, or forever missing the sushi options she had available to her when she lived in Portland.
