Susan founded Tech Talent Link on her belief that the hiring process for hiring managers, candidates, and consultants should be a positive experience. She brings 20 years of experience recruiting for IT, software development, and engineering in Portland. Previously, she worked as a Project Manager and Software Developer. She has a BS in Information Systems Management and MBA. Susan is dedicated to providing staffing services with the highest level of professionalism and integrity in order to successfully match qualified candidates with the clients who need them. She is married with two grown children and a labradoodle, and lives in White Salmon. Susan enjoys running marathons, ultra-marathons, and Ironmans, and drinking tea and wine.
