Lead Endpoint Modernization Consultant

Overview:

Our client will be hiring an Endpoint Modernization Consultant to lead and execute a transition from hybrid joined devices to a fully Microsoft Entra joined and Intune-managed device environment. This role is approximately 75% execution and 25% advisory. The consultant will be responsible for packaging and migrating applications from SCCM to Intune and implementing Autopilot provisioning. They will also mentor and upskill internal engineers throughout the engagement. Prior experience leading similar migrations is essential, along with a strong understanding of best practices and common pitfalls in cloud-native endpoint management.

This position is hybrid; 2-3 days per week onsite in Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale migrations to Entra joined devices from hybrid-joined devices using Intune/Autopilot
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID
• Strong hands-on experience with application packaging (Win32) and deployment via Intune
• Familiarity with SCCM/Configuration Manager and co-management strategies
• Experience migrating Group Policies to Intune Configuration Profiles
• PowerShell/PSADT scripting experience (preferred)
