Compensation: 75 USD – 0 USD / Hour

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Portfolio Coordinator/Manager to assist with daily portfolio operations and the rollout of portfolio management practices. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective implementation of portfolio strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including tracking project progress, managing schedules, and coordinating resources.
  • Practice Rollout: Assist in the implementation and rollout of portfolio management practices across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, portfolio/program managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance portfolio management efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of portfolio processes, practices, and performance metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Tasks:

  • Coordinate and deliver the Key Bi-weekly Priorities Status Report for Executives.
  • Compile and validate portfolio dashboards for Monthly Portfolio Reviews and Quarterly Planning sessions.
  • Advance CDT portfolio management maturity by supporting intake processes and roadmap development.
  • Facilitate communications for Quarterly Planning and assist CDT domain teams through coaching on value delivery work breakdown and Jira utilization.
  • Conduct audits of Jira records and address instances of non-compliance directly with responsible stakeholders.
