We are currently seeking a passionate leader to drive multiple strategic, enterprise technical initiatives to propel our Digital Transformation— including migrating to SaaS based HRISERP system(s), and a modern Middleware platform. This leader will drive these high profile, large scale efforts and build the strategic roadmap in partnership with executive leadership, while maintaining the current platforms to keep pace with the business needs.   • Engage and motivate a team of employees, contractors and vendors in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Provide business and technical guidance to partners to design technical solutions
  • Build the roadmap and lead the selection of new technology with focus on HRIS, ERP and Integration through internal and external partnership
  • R&D emerging technologies as a technical thought leader influencing our investments
  • Build a strategic vision of the technology and business landscape, and influence all stakeholders to support
  • Establish optimal governance around new technology for rapid delivery while maintaining best practices
  • Create and manage budgets to rapidly advance business capabilities thoughtfully


  • BS in IT Services, Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or other applicable degree
  • Proven experience with enterprise packaged applications and SaaS solutions
  • Recent experience transitioning an organization from an on-premise HRISERP to SaaS
  • Recent experience implementing a modern integration framework and migrating
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering enterprise integration architecture and solutions using technologies such as SOA, ESB, JMS, XML, web services
  • Successful design of multi-year department level technology roadmaps and strategies
