Job Overview:
Our healthcare client will be hiring a Scrum Master to join their team.
Collaborate with a team of about 15 (Software developers, Product, QA, Engineering, and Support).  Develop new software products, create application-based alterations, special products and unique solutions to meet the needs of their customers. Projects can be small to large in scope and may be based with domestic or foreign suppliers. Lead in managing the Scrum development process by understanding and help prioritize the needs of Product Management by working with the development teams to help keep on track. Manage priorities, conflict resolution and manage impediments.

 
Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a dynamic software team to support multi-generation software product
platforms to maintain relevant, compliant software products with all computing devices
and operating systems
• Lead in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
• Helping the product owners and development teams to achieve customer success
• Remove impediments and coach the Scrum teams on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile
framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the Scrum teams achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Solve problems independently and manage the workload of multiple projects and tasks
• Provides hands-on job function training to co-workers as needed
• Understand and comply with Safety, 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, initiatives,
and procedures
• Dependable and consistent attendance is critical for team performance and productivity
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in related field
• Experience as a Scrum Master working with enterprise level cloud-based software
• Scrum Master certification
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of an agile framework. Understanding of software development life cycle
models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and
practices  
• Agile and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) and remote tools (Teams, WebEx, etc.)
 
Preferred:
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in Scrum
• Ability to work with multiple projects, product managers and software teams
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum
techniques    
• Story writing, Backlog refinement, automated testing, defining done/resolved, critical
fixes/releases
• Microsoft technologies and their applicability to various software architectures
• Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, desktop and cloud computing
• Software project management experience
• Ability to write stories
• Software implementation / launch experience
• Healthcare or Medication knowledge
