Responsibilities

We’re looking for a person that can work in all areas of Product Management like, Product Strategy, Product Leadership, and being the Subject Matter Expert.
 

  • Collaborates on strategic direction with product team and engineering based on current market conditions and feedback from merchants, channels, and partners
  • Drives products and services from existing ideas and helps to develop new ideas based on customer feedback, industry experience, and strategic business objectives
  • Helps shape and manage the product roadmap, including assessing user feedback, competitive analysis, and business objectives to determine prioritization
  • Partners on developing go-to-market plans with senior leadership and the broader product team, including quantifying value propositions, offering input on distribution strategy, and reviewing marketing collateral
  • Participates in defining pricing strategies for new and existing products considering competitive pricing models, internal costs, value proposition metrics (e.g., savings to clients, process costs, etc.), and market acceptance and adoption rates
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and product usability by managing beta and pilot programs
  • Shares accountability for the product P&L including cost controls and revenue growth
  • Works closely with senior leadership and product delivery on developing business cases, requiring strong written communication skills and an analytical mindset to assimilate diverse data points and product concepts into a compelling perspective
  • Increases profitability of existing products and helps to develop new solutions which advance business objectives and merchant needs
  • Enthusiastically partners with the broader product group including Product Owners, BAs, Product Designers, and the Product Delivery team along with senior management and Engineering
  • Builds strong working relationships across the company ecosystem, including working with executive leadership, client success, sales enablement, operations, and vendors
  • Acts as an internal and external evangelist for our solutions
  • Tells the product story through demonstration of current functionality and future states
  • Supports sales enablement and client success teams with product expertise and consulting

 
 
Requirements
 

  • 3+ years relevant SaaS product management experience
  • Bachelor's degree, Combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of degree acceptable
  • Self-assured and self-directed, revels in taking on a big ask and seeing it through completion
  • Exceptional people, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Flexible, strategic, and creative problem solver
  • Confidence preparing materials and presenting to audiences large and small
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS or PaaS business models and user journeys
  • Experience with Excel, including understanding of revenue and attrition models
  • Experience with agile methodology, as well as SSO and API integrations
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (once it is safe to do so)

 
 
Bonus Attributes
 

  • Preferably in B2B SaaS product lifecycle management
  • Experience with JIRA, Aha!, OKRs is a plus
  • Exhibits a positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm to work in a hyper-growth environment
  • Financial technology and/or customer analytics experience would be beneficial
  • Experience managing or integrating Google Ads, Google My Business, or other Google business products and processes a major plus
