Lead SharePoint Administrator

Our client is currently migrating from SharePoint on-prem farm to SharePoint Online. Assistance is requested to help with migrating existing workflows and forms to Power Apps and Power Automate.
 
The organization would like a consultant experienced with SharePoint, Power Apps, SQL flows, and Power Automate to help this activity.
 
Performance of the Services will be remote.

• Work directly with the company business user to understand the current workflow process and usag
• Work directly with the company SharePoint Administrator team
• Define any changes to the workflow or form
• Develop solution in SharePoint Online using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Support UAT
• Assist with transition to the new SPO and Nintex workflows
• Leveraging Power Apps and PowerAutomate expertise complete the following:
  • Pre-validation session checklists /quality checks prior to site owner validation working sessions.
  • SharePoint site owner validation and subsequent SPO site adjustments to meet site owner requirements.
  • Daily updates to the SPO migration issue tracker PRJ – SharePoint – i202282 – Issue tracker – All Items
    Weekly time tracking and approval
• Resolve site owner site issues and User Interface fixes
• Site & workflow update/adjustment testing
• Work in collaboration with company technical SPO SMEs and Administrators, Project management and Change Management team members during company working hours 7am-4pm PST Monday-Friday.
  • Attend daily 8:30am PST Stand Ups
  • Attend daily site validation and working sessions.
  • Provide & respond to frequent daily communications and status requests from site owners, PMs, Change Managers.
• Weekly report submitted to company Project Manager indicating labor hours expended and remaining hours relative to the project schedule and contract
• Attend and actively participate in end user Nintex workflow working sessions along with company Technical SMEs
