Key responsibilities: 

  • Run HR reports, analyze data, and audit for accuracy using Cognos, SQL, OBI, and other available reporting tools
  • Safeguard HR data privacy, identify gaps, and recommend improvements 
  • Subject matter expert for integrations to and from HR systems including core HR, Recruiting, and Payroll 
  • Document HR integrations, evaluate defects, and recommend enhancements 
  • Partner with the business to clearly define outcomes and capture requirements for new integrations 
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans 
  • Participate in projects related to system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. 

 
Desired skills and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, analytics, or related field 
  • 1-3 years of SQL developer
  • 1-3 years of experience working on data related projects using a large ERP and/or data warehouse 
  • Experience with Oracle R12 HCM, ADP Payroll, ADP eTime, and/or Taleo preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills required 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
