Our client is moving from ADP to Paylocity (Pacific Power is moving from another system to Paylocity). The entire company will be running the same system but under 2 different organizations within Paylocity.
Job Summary
The HRIS Coordinator supports the human resources operations by assisting the HR Department with Human Resources Information System related functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Controls all Master Data (all HR systems)
- Prepares Data Analytics for all departments and dashboards
- HR Software & tools development for new implementation.
- Investigates vendors for best technological solutions for HR needs.
- Internal Controls Liaison between HR and other Department needs.
- Prepare monthly page for BOD meetings.
- Liaison for Domo reporting, responsible for accuracy.
- Assists during mergers and acquisitions to ensure onboarding processes are completed.
- Creates reports for Director of HR, HR Manager, Accounting and CEO.
- Functions as a backup for Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant in admin functions to ensure team continuation.
- Will represent the HR team in the ERP implementation.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a strong work initiative, with organizational, communication and time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be detailed oriented, have a sense of urgency and be results driven.
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required (intermediate level).
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with HR or business studies and/or a minimum of 4 years of related HR experience.
- Must have HRIS database and Paylocity payroll processing experience.
