Job Overview:
Our client will be hiring a Help Desk Analyst to join their Service Desk team for 6 month Contract, with potential to extend or convert. 
 
Report to the Service Delivery Manager.
 
Work hours: 8 hour shift between 6am and 5pm (Pacific Time).
 
**100% remote (US candidates only)**
 
Responsibilities:

  • O365 support.
  • Tier 1-1.5 Support, field calls, and collaborate with the Service Desk team.
  • Troubleshoot MS Office issues, Windows 10, desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • RSA token troubleshooting
  • Support ITIL/ITSM system

 
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk role.
  • Experience supporting O365.
  • ITIL knowledge

 
Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Teams, One Drive, Intune
